瑞舒伐他汀联合胺碘酮治疗心衰合并房颤的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Rosuvastatin Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Heart Failure Complicated with Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合胺碘酮治疗心衰合并房颤患者,在改善心功能和生活质量方面的临床效果。方法研究纳入2019年6月—2020年6月沈阳二四二医院心血管内科收治的96例临床确诊的心衰伴心房颤动患者,根据不同用药策略,分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组治疗方案采用临床常规心衰和房颤对症药物予以治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上联合应用瑞舒伐他汀和胺碘酮。统计分析两组患者治疗前后心脏功能,随访疗程结束后生活质量(SF-36)评分,分析药物不良反应。结果观察组治疗总体有效率高于对照组,且观察组治疗后心脏功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。6个月随访患者生活质量,观察组患者生理健康和心理健康指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应数据对比提示,两组患者不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合胺碘酮,能改善心衰伴房颤患者心脏功能各项指数,提高预后生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rosuvastatin combined with amiodarone in improving cardiac function and quality of life in patients with heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods The study included 96 patients with clinically confirmed heart failure with atrial fibrillation treated in the Department of cardiovascular medicine of Shenyang No.242 Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020.According to different medication strategies,they were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases).The control group was treated with clinical routine symptomatic drugs for heart failure and atrial fibrillation,and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin and amiodarone on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function before and after treatment,the quality of life(SF-36)score after follow-up and adverse drug reactions were statistically analyzed.Results The overall effective rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,and the cardiac function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment.After 6 months of follow-up,the scores of life quality for the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction data showed that there was no significant difference in adverse reactions incidence between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on routine drug treatment,rosuvastatin combined with amiodarone can effectively improve various cardiac function indexes of patients with heart failure and atrial fibrillation,alleviate heart failure,and improve their life quality.
