摘要
介绍了一种市域铁路动车组动力单元箱的结构和布局,对材料和结构改进设计满足车体的减重需求,通过强度、模态计算和热仿真计算验证了动力单元箱的强度和冷却系统的散热性能。
The structure and layout of a power unit box for urban EMUs are introduced.The material and structure are improved to meet the weight reduction requirements of car body.The strength of the power unit box and heat transfer performance of cooling system are verified through strength,modal calculation and thermal simulation calculation.
