摘要
针对机车柴油机废气污染物排放超标污染环境的问题,采用排放后处理系统以满足最新和未来的排放标准,是目前国际上一流发动机公司普遍采用的措施。根据某A型、某B型内燃机车柴油机排放后处理系统,设计了一款后处理系统控制器。为了缩短控制器的研发周期、降低研发成本,控制器采用了硬件模块化的设计方法。
Aiming at the problem of excessive emission of pollutants from locomotive diesel engines and polluting the environment,the world-class engine companies generally use an exhaust aftertreatment system to meet the latest and future emission standards.According to the engine exhaust aftertreatment systems of a type A and type B diesel locomotives,we designed a controller with a hardware modular design method to shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost.
