20%呋虫胺水分散粒剂的制备

Preparation of dinotefuran 200 WG

采用气流粉碎、湿法造粒工艺制备20%呋虫胺水分散粒剂。通过对润湿剂、分散剂、填料等的筛选,确定20%呋虫胺水分散粒剂最佳配方为呋虫胺30%,润湿剂EFW 2%,分散剂D4257%,无水硫酸钠20%,高岭土补足余量。该产品分散良好,悬浮率大于80%,润湿时间小于60 s,崩解性良好,热贮分解率小于5%,各项指标符合水分散粒剂的要求。制备的20%呋虫胺水分散粒剂对水稻二化螟及稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果与对照药剂相当,防效大于90%。

Dinotefuran 200 WG was prepared by airflow comminution and wet granulation.After the screening for wetting agents,dispersants and filler,dinotefuran 200 WG was acquired as 20%dinotefuran,2%EFW,7%D425,15%anhydrous sodium sulfate,and kaolin to make up the balance.The product has good dispersion ability,high suspension rate with more than 80%,less wetting time,good disintegration and thermal storage decomposition rate less than 5%,and all indexes meet the requirements of water dispersible granules.
