40%邻羟基苯乙酸溶液高效液相色谱分析

摘要 利用高效液相色谱仪建立了快速测定40%邻羟基苯乙酸溶液中有效成分的定性定量方法。用乙腈和0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,ODS-3为填充物的不锈钢色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在270 nm波长下对40%邻羟基苯乙酸溶液进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该方法测得邻羟基苯乙酸的保留时间为11.2 min,线性相关系数为1.0000,变异系数为0.05%,平均回收率为100.1%。该方法操作简便,快速稳定,结果准确,可满足定量分析要求。 A method for determination of active ingredient content in 40%2-hydroxyphenylacetic acid solution was established using high performance liquid chromatography.2-hydroxyphenylacetic acid was separated and analysed on ODS-3 stainless steel column and diode array detector at 270 nm using the mixture solution of acetontrile and 0.1 wt%phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase.The results showed that the retention time of 2-hydroxyphenylacetic acid was 11.2 min and the linear correlation coefficient was 1.0000.The variation coefficient was 0.05%,and average recovery was 100.1%.The method is simple,rapid,stable and easy to operate,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of 2-hydroxyphenylacetic acid.
