农村基层地区公共卫生应急管理研究

Study on Public Health Emergency Management in Rural Grass-Roots Areas

农村基层地区公共安全治理是国家公共安全治理重要组成部分,农村基层地区公共卫生应急治理对于巩固农村基层执政基础、密切党群干群关系、增强基层政府公信力等方面具有重要意义。本文在分析农村基层地区突发公共卫生事件应急管理的重点和难点的基础上,提出了关于提升农村基层地区公共卫生应急管理的三点对策建议。

Public security governance in rural grass-roots areas plays an important role in national public security governance,while its public health emergency management is of great significance to consolidate the foundation of governance in rural grass-roots areas,close the Party-masses and cadres-masses relationship,and enhance the credibility of grass-roots government.By analyzing the key points and difficulties,this paper puts forward three countermeasures on improving the emergency management of public health in rural grass-roots areas.
