应急管理人才建设的方法与路径探析--以华北科技学院防灾减灾科学与工程专业为例

Emergency Management Personnel Cultivation:A Case Study in Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Science Engineering Major of North China Institute of Science and Technology

2018年应急管理部成立后,以华北科技学院防灾减灾科学与工程专业为代表的应急管理类专业在探索实施准军事化管理,旨在培养体质保证、能力过硬、通专融合的全面型的专业人才。本文主要论述在新时代背景下,应急管理类专业如何进行准军事化的人才培养模式,以及探索该培养模式对现代应急管理体系建设与应急队伍建设的推动作用和必要性。研究表明,在应急管理类专业人才培养上实行准军事化是必要的,更是可行的。

After the establishment of the Ministry of Emergency Management in 2018, the emergency management majors, represented by the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Science Engineering Major in North China Institute of Science and Technology, are exploring the implementation of quasi-militarized management, aiming to cultivate comprehensive professionals with strong body, excellent ability and the integration of general and professional skills. This paper mainly discusses how to carry out the quasi-militarized personnel cultivation mode for emergency management majors in the context of the new era, and explores the role and necessity of this cultivation mode for the construction of modern emergency system and emergency team. The research shows that it is necessary and feasible to implement quasi- militarization in the training of emergency management professionals.
