Emergency Communication and Location Monitoring Enhancement Based on Beidou Short Message

本文通过北斗短报文服务实现对偏远地区、通讯困难地区、甚至无人区作业人员的位置监控,并实现应急通讯功能。着重在北斗短报文应用的基础上,实现互联网终端、移动互联网终端与北斗终端之间的信息交互,满足应急状况下对消息及时传递的需求。

This paper introduces the Beidou short message service which is used to monitor the position of operators in remote areas,areas with communication difficulties,and even depopulated zone,and to realize emergency communication.Based on the application of Beidou short message,the information interaction between internet terminal,mobile internet terminal and Beidou terminal is achieved to meet the needs of timely message transmission in emergency situations.
