关于云南哀牢山失踪人员搜救行动的几点思考

Reflections on the Search and Rescue Operation of Missing Persons in the Ailao Mountains, Yunnan Province

“11.15”哀牢山救援行动难度大,救援人员在没有得到失联人员任何信号的情况下在几十平方千米的山地中进行搜救,复杂地形及恶劣天气也给救援人员带来了更大的挑战。本文通过收集、梳理、总结此次救援行动有关信息,对此次救援行动进行分析,并对处置此类山地救援的方式、方法提出几点思考,可供相关救援人员参考。

"11.15"Ailao Mountain rescue operation is difficult.However,without any signals or contacts from the missing persons,it was quite difficult and challenging for the rescuers,especially under such complex terrain and severe weather.By collecting,sorting out and summarizing the information about this rescue operation,this paper analyzes the rescue work and puts forward some thoughts on the ways and methods of dealing with such kind of mountain rescue,which can be used as a reference for rescue workers.
