妊娠期低甲状腺素血症的临床特征及其影响因素分析

Clinical characteristics and influencing factors of hypothyroxinemia during pregnancy

目的探讨妊娠期低甲状腺素血症(IH)的临床特征及其影响因素的分析。方法选取宁波市妇女儿童医院2020年6月至2021年5月接受常规产前筛查的正常孕妇60例作为对照组;同期选取合并IH的孕妇120例作为IH组。收集所有孕妇的基线资料数据,做进一步的统计分析。观察分析IH组的临床表现特征情况;影响妊娠期发生IH的相关独立因素分析。结果影响妊娠期发生IH的相关单因素,包括肥胖或超重、缺铁、合并高血压及糖尿病(P<0.05);影响妊娠期发生IH的相关独立因素,包括肥胖或超重、缺铁、合并高血压及糖尿病(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期IH在临床中的常见症状表现有反应迟缓、抑郁情绪及疲乏;而影响孕妇在妊娠期发生IH的相关因素有合并高血压、高血糖、缺铁及肥胖或超重。

Objective To explore the clinical features of isolated hypothyroinemia(IH)during pregnancy and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Sixty normal pregnant women who received conventional prenatal screening in Ningbo Women and Children′s Hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group.At the same time,120 pregnant women with IH were selected as the IH group.The baseline data of all pregnant women were collected and further statistical analyses were made.The clinical features of IH group were observed and analyzed.The independent factors affecting the occurrence of IH during pregnancy were analyzed.Results The single factors affecting IH during pregnancy included obesity or overweight,iron deficiency,complicated hypertension and diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion The common clinical symptoms of IH during pregnancy are slow response,depression and fatigue.The related factors affecting pregnant women′s IH during pregnancy include hypertension,hyperglycemia,iron deficiency and obesity or overweight.
