翻转课堂教学法在尿路造口护理的实践与研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂教学法在尿路造口护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年7月本院泌尿外科实习护生为研究对象,其中对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用翻转课堂教学法。护理实习结束时,采用理论考试、临床操作技能考试、自我教学效果评分、实操中患者满意度评分及满意率,比较两组间教学效果差异。结果试验组在理论知识成绩[(90.8±2.5)分vs.(80.4±5.5)分]、实践测试成绩[(88.5±4.5)分vs.(80.2±2.5)分]、自评教学效果评分[(95.1±2.5)分vs.(85.5±5.1)分]、实际操作中患者的满意度[(92.1±3.3)分vs.(80.2±6.0)分]及满意率[100%vs.90.32%]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将翻转课堂教学法应用于尿路造口的护理带教,不但使学生理论水平、实践能力得到明显提高,而且教学满意度也取得理想的结果,在实际护理实践中获得患者更加满意的效果;具有较高的推广价值。 Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching method in the nursing teaching of urostomy.Methods From August 2020 to July 2021,the urological practice nurses in our hospital were selected as the research object.Among them,the traditional teaching method was used in the control group and the flipped classroom teaching method was used in the experimental group.At the end of nursing practice,theoretical examination,clinical operation skill examination,self-rated teaching effect score,patient satisfaction score and satisfaction rate in practice were used to compare the teaching effect between the two groups.Results The performance of theoretical knowledge examination([90.8±2.5]points vs.[80.4±5.5]points)and practical test([88.5±4.5]points vs.[80.2±2.5]points),self-rated teaching effect score([95.1±2.5]points vs.[85.5±5.1]points),patient satisfaction([92.1±3.3]points vs.[80.2±6.0]points)and satisfaction rate in practice(100%vs.90.32%)in the experimental group were better or higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom teaching method in the nursing teaching of urostomy not only significantly improves the students′theoretical level and practical ability,but also achieves ideal results in teaching satisfaction,thus obtaining more satisfactory results in the actual nursing practice.It has high promotion value.
