综合康复融合智慧养老在基层医养结合中疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation combined with intelligent old-age care in primary combination of medical treatment and endowment

目的 观察综合康复融合智慧养老在基层医养结合中的疗效。方法 将2017年10月至2018年9月入住嘉兴市王店人民医院老年病科的老年患者50例,为观察组,给予综合康复和智慧养老,对照组为同期居家养老的老人50例。观察两组老人1年后的血红蛋白、白蛋白、BODE评分、ADL评分,生活满意度评分、每月支出费用、慢性疾病发作次数。结果 观察组血红蛋白、白蛋白、ADL评分、生活满意度评分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组BODE评分、每月支出费用、慢性疾病发作次数明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复融合智慧养老在基层医养结合中疗效优于常规居家养老。

Objective To observe the curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation combined with intelligent old-age care in primary combination of medical treatment and endowment. Methods Fifty elderly patients who were admitted to the Department of Geriatrics, Wangdian People’s Hospital of Jiaxing from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the observation group, who were given comprehensive rehabilitation and intelligent old-age care, while 50elderly patients in the control group were given home-based old-age care during the same period. The hemoglobin,albumin, BODE scores, ADL scores, life satisfaction scores, monthly expenses, and the numbers of chronic disease episodes were observed in both groups after 1 year. Results The hemoglobin, albumin, ADL score and life satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The BODE score,monthly expenses and the frequency of chronic disease in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation combined with intelligent old-age care in the primary combination of medical treatment and endowment is better than that of conventional home-based old-age care.
