集中专人管理应用于消毒供应室精密器械管理中的效果

The application effect of centralized management of specialized personnel in the management of precision instruments in the disinfection supply room

目的 探讨集中专人管理在消毒供应室精密器械管理中的效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年2月杭州市中医院消毒供应中心进行处理的400件精密器械作为研究对照组,实施常规管理模式;另选取2019年3月至2020年2月于医院消毒供应中心进行处理的400件精密器械作为研究观察组,实施集中专人管理。比较两组精密器械消毒质量和灭菌质量,记录两组精密器械管理期间零部件遗失和缺损情况。调查两组管理模式的满意度状况(供应服务、包装、物品发放及回收)。结果 观察组消毒合格率和灭菌合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组精密器械管理期间零部件遗失率和缺损率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组供应服务、包装、物品发放及回收满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 集中专人管理在消毒供应室精密器械管理中可通过合理配置设施和人员,做到严格控制质量,确保精密器械消毒、灭菌质量,同时还可提高精密器械管理质量,避免风险事件的发生,提高护理人员对管理模式的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of centralized management by specialized personnel in the management of precision instruments in the disinfection supply room. Methods The study in this paper is a retrospective analysis study. A total of 400 precision instruments processed in the Disinfection Supply Center of Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the control group, and received the routine management mode. And the 400 precision instruments processed in the Disinfection Supply Center of the hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation team, and were centrally managed by specialized personnel. The disinfection quality and sterilization quality of the two groups of precision instruments were compared.The loss and defect of parts and components during the management of the two groups were recorded. The satisfaction status of the two management models(supply services, packaging, goods distribution and recycling) was investigated.Results The disinfection qualification rate and the sterilization qualification rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group′ s parts loss rate and defect rate during the management of precision instruments were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group′s satisfaction with service supply, packaging, article distribution and recycling was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the management of precision instruments in the disinfection supply room, centralized management by specialized personnel can achieve strict quality control through the rational allocation of facilities and personnel to ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization of precision instruments, can improve the quality of precision instrument management and avoid risk events, and improve nursing staff′s satisfaction with the management model.
