经典名方开心散的处方与本草考证

The prescription and materia medica textual research of the famous classical formula Kaixinsan

目的考证经典名方开心散的出处、组成、基原、产地、炮制要求、剂量、制法、用法、功能主治、应用衍变和使用禁忌等信息,明晰其历史沿革和临床应用研究概况。方法系统梳理有关开心散的中医古籍及现代临床文献。结果开心散的处方为“人参、远志各四分,茯苓二两,石菖蒲一两”,折合成现代剂量约为人参14.42 g、远志14.42 g、茯苓28.84 g和石菖蒲14.42 g;其组方药材及药用部位选用与2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)收载品种保持一致,饮片皆选用生品,并参照2020年版《中国药典》收载方法炮制;用法用量为每日3次,每次约5 g,以温水冲服;其功效为益气养心、安神定志,主治心气不足、神志不宁、健忘失眠及心怯怔忡等证。结论对经典名方开心散进行考证,明确原方的剂量折算、中药基原等问题,以期为开心散制剂的开发和应用提供基础资料及本草学依据。

Objective To research the evolution of Kaixinsan,including its source,composition,origin and position,processing requirement,dosage,preparation,indication,contraindication and so on,so as to clarify the historical evolution and clinical application of Kaixinsan.Methods The ancient medical books and modern clinical literature of Kaixinsan were systematically sorted out and summarized.Results The prescription is 4 Fen of Ginseng,4 Fen of Poly gala tenui folia,2 Liang of Poria cocos and 1 Liang of Acorus tatarinowii,i.e.(in modern metrology),about 14.42 g of ginseng,14.42 g of Polygala tenuifolia,28.84 g of Poria cocos and 14.42 g of Acorus tatarinowii.The original medicinal plants and medicinal parts of the formula are basically the same as those recorded in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The raw products should be selected for decoction pieces and processed according to the methods recorded in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The prescription is taken for 3 times a day with lukewarm water,and each dose is 5 g.The functions are replenishing qi,nourishing the heart and calming the mind,and mainly it is used for the treatment of syndromes such as lack of spirit?restlessness?forgetfulness,insomnia and timidity.Conclusion This paper makes a textual research on the classic prescription Kaixinsan,and clarifies the conversion of the dose and origin of the original prescription,therefore provide basic data and materia medica basis for the development and application of Kaixinsan.
