小白菊内酯及其衍生物抗实体瘤作用机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解近年来小白菊内酯及其衍生物抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展。方法查阅文献并归纳总结,综述近年来小白菊内酯及其衍生物的抗实体瘤作用的机制。结果为获得溶解性更好、低毒高效的抗肿瘤新药,用多种方法合成小白菊内酯(partheno-lide)衍生物,本文列出其中9种衍生物的分子结构。研究发现,小白菊内酯及其衍生物可通过多种机制抑制肝癌和胰腺癌等多种实体瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移。结论小白菊内酯及其衍生物的抗肿瘤机制研究取得了一定进展,但仍需进一步深入探讨。 Objective To understand the research progress of anti-tumor mechanism of parthenolide and its derivatives in recent years.Methods The anti-tumor mechanisms of parthenolide and its derivatives were reviewed and summarized through recent literature reviewing.Results In order to obtain new antitumor drugs with better solubility,lower toxicity and higher efficiency,parthenolide derivatives were synthesized by various methods.The molecular structures of 9 parthenolide derivatives were listed.It has been found that parthenolide and its derivatives can inhibit proliferation,invasion and migration of hepatic carcinoma,breast cancer,colon cancer,thyroid cancer and pancreatic cancer through a variety of mechanisms.Conclusion The anti-tumor mechanism of parthenolide and its derivatives has made some progress,but it still needs to be further explored.
