碱性高锰酸钾体系对环氧树脂表面改性效果的研究

摘要 为解决树脂表面金属化问题,金属化之前要对树脂进行一定程度的表面处理.采用湿法化学处理法对环氧树脂(EP)基材进行表面改性,研究了碱性高锰酸钾体系中高锰酸钾的含量和改性时间对EP基材表面形貌、亲水性和粘结强度的影响.研究结果表明:经过改性处理后,EP基材表面粗糙程度增大,表面亲水性能增强.碱性高锰酸钾改性体系中高锰酸钾的含量为70 g/L、改性温度为60℃和改性时间为25 min时,经过改性处理后,EP基材表面出现大量的微小孔洞,孔的大小比较匀称,孔的深度适中,表面粗糙程度增大;表面接触角由94.6°降低到43.5°,表面亲水性能增强.这种凹凸不平和强亲水性能的表面,有利于金属镀膜的沉积,提高镀膜的粘结性,EP基板和镀铜膜间的最大粘结强度达到6.35 N/cm,改性效果比较理想. In order to solve the problem of metallization of resin surface,the alkaline potassium permanganate system was used as the surface modification system for epoxy resin substrate.Effects of the content of potassium permanganate and modification time on the surface morphology,surface roughness,and adhesion strength of epoxy resin substrate were studied.The results showed that surface roughness and the hydrophilicity of epoxy resin substrate were increased after the surface modification.When the modification temperature was 60℃,the potassium permanganate content in the modification system was 70 g/L,and the modification time was 25 minutes,there were much dense and uniform micropores were formed on the surface of the epoxy resin substrate,and the surface roughness was increased.The contact angle decreased from 94.6°to 43.5°,the surface of the epoxy resin substrate changed from hydrophobic to hydrophilic.At the combination of the above two,the adhesion strength between the epoxy resin substrate and the plating layer reached to 6.35 N/cm.The surface modification effect was ideal.
