中国的爱国卫生运动是党的群众路线与国家卫生工作相结合的产物,曾在传染病防控方面发挥了重要作用。近年来,爱国卫生运动的群众性和预防性“本位”有所削弱。为有效发挥爱国卫生运动在防控传染病疫情中的作用,需加强组织建设、创新运动形式、加深疫情记忆、有机结合常规工作和群众运动。

The patriotic health and sanitation campaign is the product of the combination of the Party’s Mass Line and the national health work,which had played an important role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.But in recent years,the campaign’s“standards”of mass participation and preventability has weakened.In order to effectively play its role in the prevention of epidemic outbreaks,it is necessary to strengthen organizational development,innovate campaign forms,enhance epidemic memory,and effectively combine routine work with mass movement.
