温阳生肌膏联合带蒂复合组织皮瓣治疗压力性损伤的临床观察

Clinical observation of Wenyang Shengji Ointment combined with pedicled composite tissue flap in the treatment of pressure ulcer

目的探讨温阳生肌膏联合带蒂复合组织皮瓣在压力性损伤修复中的应用。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2021年6月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院烧伤疮疡整形科收治的60例压力性损伤患者进行研究,通过随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组使用带蒂复合组织皮瓣手术治疗,研究组使用温阳生肌膏联合带蒂复合组织皮瓣治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应的总发生率为60.00%,高于研究组的16.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对压力性损伤患者采用温阳生肌膏联合带蒂复合组织皮瓣治疗的方法,有利于促进压力性损伤患者创面的愈合,治疗效果明显,不良反应发生情况明显减少,安全有效,是治疗此类患者的较为理想方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application of Wenyang Shengji Ointment combined with pedicled composite tissue flap in the repair of pressure ulcer.Methods A total of 60 patients with pressure ulcer admitted to our department from January 2016 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pedicled composite tissue flap surgery.The study group was treated with Wenyang Shengji Ointment combined with pedicled composite tissue flap.The clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 60.00%,which was higher than 16.70%in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with Wenyang Shengji Ointment combined with pedicled composite tissue flap is beneficial to promote the wound healing of patients,with a significant therapeutic effect.The occurrence of adverse reactions is obviously reduced.It is a safe,effective and ideal method for the treatment of such patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
