以学生为主体的任务驱动复合式护理临床见习效果研究

摘要 目的研究以学生为主体的任务驱动复合式护理临床见习效果。方法选取许昌学院医学院2019级高职高专护理专业118名护生随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组护生58名,试验组护生60名,对照组采用传统临床见习方法,试验组采用以学生为主体的任务驱动复合式护理临床见习方法,进行护理临床见习效果比较和综合评价分析。结果试验组护生核心能力总分[(160.70±25.77)分]和对照组护生核心能力总分[(145.41±24.90)分]比较,与两组护生见习报告成绩[试验组(87.35±4.77)分、对照组(83.95±6.22)分]比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以学生为主体的任务驱动复合式护理临床见习效果佳,有利于提高护生核心能力和见习成绩,护生见习满意度高。 Objective To study the effect of student-oriented task-driven compound nursing clinical probation.Methods A total of 118 nursing students of 2019 higher vocational nursing major from School of Medicine Xuchang University were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group.The control group(n=58)adopted the traditional clinical probation method.The experimental group(n=60)adopted the student-oriented task-driven compound nursing clinical probation.The comparison and comprehensive evaluation analysis of the nursing clinical probation effect were carried out.Results There was a difference in the total score of nursing students′core ability between the experimental group([160.70±25.77]points)and the control group([145.41±24.90]points)(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in nursing student probation report scores in the experimental group([87.35±4.77]points)and the control group([83.95±6.22]points)(P<0.01).The differences had statistically significant.Conclusion The student-oriented task-driven compound nursing clinical probation is effective,which is beneficial to improving the core ability and probation performance of nursing students.The satisfaction of nursing probation is high.
