The Construction of a Three-dimensional Ideological and Political Education Mode in Universities under the Overall Leadership of the CPC

以中国共产党的全面领导构筑“育人领导力”“育人精神力”和“育人凝聚力”三轮驱动的“三力”育人矩阵,对提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性具有重要意义。以中国共产党的政治领导践行“育人领导力”,以中国共产党的思想领导践行“育人精神力”,以中国共产党的组织领导践行“育人凝聚力”,全过程强基固本,全方位立德树人,全员聚焦服务,形成“大思政”格局,促进高校思想政治教育工作取得实效。

It is of great significance for the improvement of the effectiveness of university students’ideological and political education to build a three-dimensional education mode of“the educational leadership”,“the educational spiritual power”and“the educational cohesion”under the overall leadership of the Party.The paper suggests some measures,such as practicing the educational leadership under the CPC’s political leadership,practicing the educational spiritual power under the CPC’s ideological leadership,and practicing the educational cohesion under the CPC’s organizational leadership.Besides,the effectiveness of ideological and political work in universities can be promoted through the whole-process consolidation of the foundation,the all-round moral education,and the all-staff service.
