产教融合视角下双师工作站平台建设研究

摘要 基于双师工作站的内涵与功能定位,针对双师工作站建设中的问题,提出双师工作站建设的构想:政府引导,依托职业教育集团进行顶层设计;校企主体,推进双师团队建设;行校合作,搭建成果交流转化平台;多元考核,完善激励机制,将双师工作站成果有效转化为社会生产力。 Based on the connotation and function orientation of the double-qualified teacher workstation, and aiming at the problems in the construction of the double-qualified teacher workstation, this paper puts forward the construction concept of double-qualified teacher workstation: to carry out the top-level design relying on the vocational education group under the government guidance, to promote the construction of the double-qualified team by school-enterprise subject, to build a platform for achievement exchange and transformation through school-industry cooperation, to improve the incentive mechanism by multiple assessment, and effectively transform the results of the double-qualified teacher workstation into social productivity.
