急性缺血性脑卒中患者外周血LINC00342相对表达水平及其与临床特征的关系

Relative expression level of LINC 00342 in peripheral blood and its relationship with clinical characteristics in patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者外周血LINC00342相对表达水平及其与临床特征的关系。方法纳入90例急性缺血性脑卒中患者(病例组)和90例健康对照者(对照组),采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测两组研究对象的外周血LINC00342相对表达水平。检测病例组的血糖、血脂和血压水平,并比较LINC00342高表达(外周血LINC00342相对表达水平≥7.03×10^(-3))和低表达(外周血LINC00342相对表达水平<7.03×10^(-3))患者上述指标的差异。结果病例组的外周血LINC00342相对表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。LINC00342低表达的急性缺血性脑卒中患者的餐后2 h血糖水平高于LINC00342高表达者(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者的外周血LINC00342相对表达水平下调,外周血LINC00342的相对表达水平可能影响急性缺血性脑卒中的发生和患者机体的血糖代谢。

Objective To investigate the relative expression level of LINC00342 in peripheral blood and its relationship with clinical characteristics in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Ninety patients with acute ischemic stroke(case group)and 90 healthy controls(control group)were enrolled.Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology was employed to determine the relative expression level of LINC00342 in peripheral blood of the subjects in the two groups.The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,and blood pressure in the case group were measured,and the aforementioned indicators were compared between patients with high expression of LINC00342(with the relative expression level of LINC00342 in peripheral blood≥7.03×10^(-3))and patients with low expression of LINC00342(with the relative expression level of LINC00342 in peripheral blood<7.03×10^(-3)).Results The relative expression level of peripheral blood LINC00342 in the case group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among patients with acute ischemic stroke,those with low expression of LINC00342 had a higher level of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose than those with high expression of LINC00342(P<0.05).Conclusion The relative expression level of LINC00342 in peripheral blood is down-regulated in acute ischemic stroke patients.The relative expression level of LINC00342 in peripheral blood may affect the occurrence of acute ischemic stroke and the glycemic metabolism in the bodies of the patients.
