摘要 针对传统的胎压检测系统获取信息不足这一缺点,提出了一种基于嵌入式的轮胎磨损数据采集与信号处理系统设计。系统在轮胎的内壁正中方位贴上MEMS加速度传感器和温度胎压传感器,将采集到的三轴加速度数据进行特征参数的提取和分析。通过多信息融合,得出轮胎磨损值,并将轮胎内的状态信息,无线传输至中控系统,中控系统通过窗口移位法滤掉异常点,再通过蓝牙将稳定的数据信息传输至手机APP显示终端。通过实车测试,验证了系统的可行性,同时数据精度满足工程需求。 In view of the shortcoming of insufficient information obtained by the traditional tire pressure detection system, a design of an embedded tire wear data acquisition and signal processing system was proposed. The system attached a MEMS acceleration sensor and a temperature tire pressure sensor to the center of the inner wall of the tire, extracted and analyzed the characteristic parameters of the collected three-axis acceleration data, and obtained the results through multi-information fusion. Then the tire wear value and the status information in the tire were wirelessly transmitted to the central control system. The central control system filtered out abnormal points through the window shift method, and then transmitted stable data information to the mobile phone app display terminal through bluetooth. The system has passed the actual vehicle test to verify the feasibility of the system, and the data accuracy meets the engineering requirements.
