林业产业转型对区域贡献效率的实证研究--以黑龙江省为例

An Empirical Research on Regional Contribution Efficiency of Forestry Industry Transformation:A Case Study of Heilongjiang

在经济转型背景下,林业产业转型将成为影响经济转型的重要组成部分,势必成为促进经济转型发展的重要因素,但林业的特殊性以及林业产业发展的要求使得林业产业转型应充分考虑林业的生态、经济和社会功能。论文以黑龙江省为例,基于DEA模型分别从生态、经济和社会三个角度测算2012—2018年黑龙江省林业产业转型对区域的贡献效率。结果表明:林业产业转型对黑龙江省的区域综合贡献效率较高,其中林业产业转型的经济贡献效率较好,其次是社会贡献效率,最后是生态贡献效率。依据此结果期望能够为黑龙江省林业产业转型提供新的思路以及发展方向,以此推动黑龙江省生态、经济和社会的协调发展,进而为黑龙江省区域经济发展提供合理化建议。

Under the background of economic transformation,the forestry industry transformation will become an important part of economic transformation,and an important factor of promoting economic transformation,but the particularity of forestry and the requirements of forestry industry development make forestry industry transformation should play full functions of ecological,economic and social aspects.The paper calculates the contribution efficiency of forestry industry transformation from ecology,economy and society in 2012-2018 of Heilongjiang based on DEA model.The results show that the comprehensive contribution efficiency of forestry industry transformation to Heilongjiang is high,and the economic contribution efficiency of forestry industry transformation is the best,the following is the social perspective,and the last is ecological aspect.According to the results,it is expected to provide new ideas and development directions for Heilongjiang forestry industry transformation,so as to promote coordinated development of ecology,economy and society in Heilongjiang,and then provide reasonable suggestions for regional economic development.
