偏向性技术进步的污染减排效应研究--基于产业结构升级的视角 被引量:1

摘要 技术进步是否能够降低污染物排放量并促进生态环境污染治理水平的提高,是新时期我国经济发展所必须探究的重要问题。这一作用与技术进步的有偏性密切相关。论文从宏观角度入手,选取2003—2017年我国30个省级行政区的面板数据,考察了偏向性技术进步对生态环境污染治理影响及作用机制。实证结果表明:地区技术偏向性进步指数的提高显著减少了污染物排放量,提高了生态环境污染治理水平,且这一结果在不同区域间未见差异。多元中介效应检验证明,这一促进作用通过促进产业结构合理化与高级化实现。考虑稳健性问题后,上述结论依然成立。 In the new period,our country’s economy has developed rapidly,and there are many problems that we must face,for example,whether technological innovation reduces pollutant emissions and promotes the improvement of ecological environmental pollution control level.In order to have a full understanding of it,this paper selects the panel data of 30 provincial administrative regions in China from 2003 to 2017 from a macro perspective,and investigates the impact and mechanism of technological innovation on ecological environmental pollution control.The empirical results show that under the background of technological innovation,the emission of pollutants has been significantly reduced,and the control level of ecological environmental pollution has been continuously improved,and the research results of different regions are roughly the same.Intermediary effect proves that these good environmental governance effects are obtained through industrial technology upgrading.In other words,even after transforming the core explanatory variables,we can still get the above conclusions which are consistent and credible.
