国家生态文明建设示范县对城乡收入差距的影响研究

Research on the Impact of National Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration County on Urban-Rural Income Gap

以创建国家生态文明建设示范县为背景,基于2014—2018年县级面板数据,采用双重差分法探究创建国家生态文明建设示范县对县域城乡收入差距的影响。实证结果发现:相较于非示范县,创建国家生态文明建设示范县显著扩大了示范县的城乡收入差距,这一结果在进行一系列检验后依然稳健。进一步研究发现,创建国家生态文明建设示范县对城乡收入差距的扩大效应,在东部地区、非农产值占比高以及财政收支缺口大的地区更显著。

This paper based on the county-level panel data from 2014 to 2018,the double difference method is used to explore the impact of creating a national ecological civilization construction demonstration county on the county-level urban-rural income gap.The empirical results found that,compared with non-demonstration counties,the creation of national ecological civilization construction demonstration counties significantly expanded the urban-rural income gap in the demonstration counties,which is still stable after a series of tests.Further analysis shows that the widening effect of establishing national ecological civilization construction demonstration counties on the income gap between urban and rural areas is more significant in the eastern region,areas with high proportion of non-agricultural output value and large gap of fiscal revenue and expenditure.
