Current Situation and Challenges of Food Hygiene Supervision and Management

食品卫生关乎人们的生命安全,加大食品卫生监督管理力度有利于保障食品安全、促进食品经营者守法经营,从而保障人们的身体健康。但食品卫生监督管理现状不容乐观,急需改善。因此本文对食品卫生监督管理现状及面临的挑战进行分析,并从多个方面提出了应对策略,以提升食品卫生监督管理质量。

Food hygiene is related to people’s life safety.Strengthening food hygiene supervision and management is conducive to ensuring food safety and promoting food operators to abide by the law,so as to ensure people’s health.However,the current situation of food hygiene supervision and management is not optimistic and needs to be improved urgently.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of food hygiene supervision and management,and puts forward countermeasures from many aspects to improve the quality of food hygiene supervision and management.
