浅谈高校食堂食材采购中的食品安全控制

Food Safety Control in the Purchase of Food Materials in University Canteens

校园食品安全关系全校师生的身体健康和生命安全,影响学校稳定发展。食品原材料采购作为学校食品安全风险防控体系的首要环节也是关键环节,对维护校园安全稳定具有至关重要的作用。本文从高校食堂食材采购的特点出发,分析采购环节食品安全影响因素,重点提出食品安全管控措施,力求规范食堂物资采购行为,保障校园食品安全。

Campus food safety is related to the health and life safety of teachers and students in the school,affects the stable development of the school.As the primary and key link of the school food safety risk prevention and control system,food raw material procurement plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and stability of the campus.Starting from the characteristics of food material procurement in university canteens,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of food safety in the procurement link,focuses on the food safety control measures,and tries to standardize the material procurement behavior of canteens and ensure the food safety of campus.
