摘要
稳定同位素质谱在植物源性食品安全方面的应用主要包括产品掺假鉴别、有机食品认证和地标性食品溯源3大类。本文通过对稳定同位素溯源技术原理、当前国内外马铃薯产业发展现状和科研水平的阐述,分析了内蒙古自治区作为我国马铃薯的重要主产区,运用同位素溯源技术进行产品地理标志认证和预防马铃薯掺杂掺假的必要趋势。
The applications of stable isotope mass spectrometry in plant food safety mainly include product identification,organic food certification and landmark food traceability.In this paper,the principle of stable isotope technology and the current development situation and scientific research level of potato industry at home and abroad are expounded,which shows that Inner Mongolia is an important potato production area in China,it is imperative to prevent adulteration of potatoes certified by geographical indications by using isotope tracing technique.
