2021年博山区餐饮行业、学校食堂饮用水水质监测分析

摘要 为了解博山区餐饮行业、学校食堂的饮用水水质卫生状况,本文对博山区部分餐饮店、中小学及幼儿园食堂的饮用水进行抽样检验,共抽检水样82个,检测指标16项,涵盖微生物指标、毒理指标和一般化学指标。结果显示,所抽检水样全部符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)要求,且部分中小学及幼儿园食堂对饮用水进行了净化,口感更好。检验结果表明博山区餐饮行业、学校食堂饮用水水质情况良好,可以满足居民饮用水安全需求。 In order to know the hygienic quality of drinking water in restaurants and school canteens of Boshan District,82 samples were randomly collected from part of restaurants,primary and secondary schools and kindergartens cateens in Boshan District.There were 16 detection indexes,including microbiological index,toxicological jndex and general chemical index.The results showed that all the samples were in accordance with the requirements of“Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water”(GB 5749—2006).And the drinking water in some primary and middle schools and kindergartens was purified,which tasted better.It showed that the restaurant industry and school canteens’s drinking water quality in Boshan District were in good condition,which can meet the drinking water safety demand of residents.
