逆流提取黄芪地上部分浸提酒加工工艺研究

Research on Processing Technology of Alcohol Extraction from the Aerial Part of Astragalus membranaceus by Using Dynamic Countercurrent Extraction

摘要 以黄芪地上部分为主要原料,利用醇浸提法和罐组式动态逆流提取方法,考察黄芪地上部分浸提酒的最佳工艺。通过醇浸提的单因素分析,确定醇浸提法和醇逆流提取法的最优提取条件为浸提液酒精浓度40%、每次提取4 h、提取4次。结果表明,逆流提取法对总皂苷、总黄酮的提取率优于传统醇浸提法,逆流提取技术具有提取效率高、节省溶剂的优点。 The optimal process of extracting the aerial part of Astragalus membranaceus Bge by using dynamic countercurrent extraction with alcohol extraction was carried out.The optimum extraction conditions were determined to be 40%alcohol concentration in the extract,4 times of extraction,and 4 hours for each extraction.It was showed that the extraction rate of total saponins and total flavonoids by the dynamic countercurrent extraction method was better than that of the conventional alcohol extraction,and the dynamic countercurrent extraction method has the advantages of high extraction efficiency and solvent saving.
