摘要 随着我国社会的不断进步,人们对食品质量的要求也随之提升,食品安全问题受到了人们的广泛关注。随着国家对食品安全重视度的提高,相关部门加大了对食品安全的检测技术的研究力度,同时在微生物检测技术方面也取得了可喜的成绩,通过科技手段对微生物进行检测,使其准确性得到了进一步提高,为我国的卫生安全检验管理部门创造了有利的技术条件。本文着重介绍了几种食品检验检测技术及其在食品安全方面的应用,以期能为相关人员提供一定参考。 With the continuous progress of China’s society,the masses for food quality requirements also improve,food safety issues have been widely concerned by all walks of life.As countries on the improvement of food safety,and related departments strengthen the study of microbiology,at the same time in food safety detection technology has also made gratifying achievements.Through scientific and technological means to detect microorganisms,which accuracy has been further improved,creating favorable technical conditions for China's health and safety inspection management department.This paper introduces several kinds of food inspection and testing technology and their application in food safety,hoping to provide some reference for the relevant people.
