摘要
随着人们生活质量的不断提高,人们对食品的要求也越来越高,不仅要求“吃得饱”,而且要求“吃得营养、吃得健康”。这一背景下,食品质量安全控制也越来越重要。基于此,为保障食品质量安全,本文从食品质量安全的重要性出发,分析了食品质量安全的现状,提出了优化食品工程质量安全的措施,为我国食品安全建设提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,people have higher and higher requirements for food,which requires not only"full eating",but also"nutritious and healthy eating".In this context,food quality and safety control is becoming more and more important.Based on this,in order to ensure food quality and safety,starting from the importance of food quality and safety,this paper analyzes the current situation of food quality and safety,and puts forward measures to optimize the quality and safety of food engineering,so as to provide reference for the construction of food safety in China.
