摘要 硒元素由于其组成成分的特殊性,具有较强的抗氧化和保护细胞膜的作用,因此是植物及动物生命活动中所必需的一种微量矿物质营养元素。然而,硒元素的生理作用与硒元素的形态、摄入含量息息相关,无机形态的硒元素生理作用效率低且安全性差,过多的摄入硒元素会引发硒中毒,因此合理控制食品中的硒元素,充分发挥硒元素对人体健康的积极促进作用越来越受到社会的重视。基于此种情形,本文从硒元素的检测方法入手,对硒元素检测的相关内容展开了研究,目的在于提升硒元素的检测手段,为消费者的健康安全保驾护航。 Due to the particularity of its components,selenium has a strong role in anti oxygen and protecting cell membrane.Therefore,selenium is a trace mineral nutrient element necessary for the life activities of plants and animals.However,the physiological function of selenium is closely related to the form and intake content of selenium.The physiological function efficiency of inorganic selenium is low and the safety is poor.Excessive intake of selenium will lead to selenium poisoning.Therefore,reasonable control of selenium in food and giving full play to the positive role of selenium in promoting human health have attracted more and more social attention.Based on this situation,starting with the detection methods of selenium,this paper studies the relevant contents of selenium detection,in order to improve the detection methods of selenium and protect the health,safety of consumers.
