摘要
黄曲霉素是基于黄曲霉和寄生曲霉而生成的次级代谢产物,存在于自然界中,特别是在湿热地区,其存在更加广泛,污染范围大,具有一定的致癌性与致突变性,且随着食品种类的增多,黄曲霉毒素开始出现在一些食品中,对人们的生命健康安全带来了巨大威胁。所以,采取有效的技术对食品中黄曲霉毒素进行检测具有重大意义。当前,黄曲霉素检测具有多种检测技术,本文将据此展开探究,以期为相关检测人员提供帮助。
Aflatoxin is a secondary metabolite based on aspergillus flavus and aspergillus parasiticus.It exists in nature,especially in hot and humid areas.It exists more widely,has a large pollution range,and has certain carcinogenicity and mutagenicity.With the increase of food types,aflatoxins began to appear in some foods,posing a huge threat to people’s life,health and safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to adopt effective technology to detect aflatoxin in food.At present,aflatoxin detection has a variety of detection technologies,this article will explore accordingly,in order to provide help for relevant testing personnel.
