With the rapid development of China’s social economy,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,more and more people are paying more and more attention to food safety.Food safety is closely related to people’s health.Food detection is directly related to food safety.Actively optimizing food detection system and innovating food detection technology can ensure food safety to the greatest extent.Especially in the new situation,it is very important to comprehensively analyze food safety issues and actively explore the development direction of food testing.This paper analyzes food safety issues and the development of food testing,hoping to continuously optimize China’s food testing technology to ensure China’s food safety.
