摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展和人们生活水平的高质量提升,食品安全问题受到了消费者的广泛关注。食品检验是检测食品安全的有效手段,而食品检验实验室作为食品安全检测的重要场所,其管理标准直接影响着食品检验的安全和质量,因此相关部门应切实加强食品检验实验室管理水平和检验过程中的质量控制。基于此,本文对食品检验实验室进行了简要概述,深入分析了目前食品检验实验室管理和食品检验质量控制的现状,提出了加强食品检验实验室管理以及保证食品检验质量的有效策略。
With the continuous development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,food safety issues have attracted widespread attention from consumers.Food inspection is an effective means of testing food safety,and food inspection laboratory as an important place for food safety testing,its management standards directly affect the safety and quality of food inspection,so the relevant departments should strengthen the management level of food inspection laboratory and quality control in the inspection process.Based on this,this paper gives a brief overview of food inspection laboratories,deeply analyzes the current situation of food inspection laboratory and food inspection quality control,and puts forward effective strategies to strengthen food inspection management and ensure the quality of food inspection.
