顶空气相色谱法快速测定全血中17种挥发性有机污染物

摘要 目的:建立顶空气相色谱DB-WAX毛细管柱同时测定全血中17种挥发性有机污染物的快速检测方法。方法:全血用纯水稀释后,顶空平衡,经毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器(Flame Ionization Detector,FID)测定。结果:上述17种挥发性有机污染物分离效果好,工作曲线线性相关系数均在0.999以上,相对标准偏差为1.1%~6.0%,加标回收率在85.6%~99.5%。结论:该方法能有效分离和准确测定职业暴露人群的血中17种挥发性有机化合物,操作简便、快捷。 Objective:To establish a rapid detection method for the simultaneous determination of 17 volatile organic pollutants in whole blood by headspace gas chromatography DB-WAX capillary column.Method:The whole blood was diluted with pure water,balanced by headspace,separated by capillary column and determined by FID detector.Result:The above 17 kinds of volatile organic pollutants have good separation effect,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was above 0.999,the relative standard deviation is 1.1%~6.0%,the desorption efficiency in 85.6%~99.5%,the detection limit was lower than the field dose level occupation chemical poisoning.Conclusion:This method can effectively separate and accurately determine 17 volatile organic compounds in the blood of occupational exposure population.
