苏州工业园区重点人群食用盐碘及尿碘监测结果分析

摘要 目的:了解苏州市工业园区重点人群食用盐碘及尿碘监测情况。方法:对采集的1 200份学龄儿童和孕妇家庭户食用盐和尿样本进行检测分析。结果:8~10岁学龄儿童和孕妇盐碘中位值分别为23.00 mg/kg和23.76 mg/kg。碘盐覆盖率98.2%,非碘盐率1.8%,碘盐合格率97.3%,合格碘盐食用率95.5%。8~10岁学龄儿童和孕妇尿碘中位值分别为176.1 μg/L和194.3 μg/L。结论:苏州市工业园区居民碘的摄入量已达到了国家消除碘缺乏病的标准,但仍有少数居民存在碘缺乏和碘过量的情况,针对少数居民的防治措施仍需进一步完善。 Objective:To investigate the results of iodized salt and urinary iodine monitoring in the focus groups in Suzhou Industrial Park District.Method:A total of 1 200 samples of salt and urine samples from school-age children and pregnant women were collected and analyzed to make the iodine concentration determination.Result:The medians of salt iodine for school-aged children and pregnant women was 23.00 mg/kg and 23.76 mg/kg,respectively.The results of the investigation showed that percentage of coverage iodized salt was 98.2% and the rate of non-iodized salt was 1.8%.The qualified rate of iodized salt is 97.3%,and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt is 95.5%,and the medians of urinary iodine for school-aged children and pregnant women was 176.1 μg/L and 194.3 μg/L,respectively.Conclusion:At present,the iodine intake levels in residents in Suzhou Industrial Park District has reached the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disease,but iodine deficiency and excess for few residents still exist and prophylactico-therapeutic measures for few residents need to be further improved.
