摘要
孕期是对母亲和婴儿都极为关键的时期,新生儿在健康状况方面与母亲存在着复杂的代际遗传,胎儿生长发育所需的各种营养主要来自母体,因此孕期膳食营养是影响胎儿健康状况的最为关键的因素之一。本研究通过总结国内外孕期饮食营养研究进展,对孕期关键营养元素进行逐一分析,并在此基础上提出适用于一般情况的孕期膳食指导与营养管理方案,以供参考。
Pregnancy is an extremely critical period for both mother and baby,and there is a complex intergenerational inheritance between the newborn and mother in terms of health status,and various nutrients required for fetal growth and development mainly come from the mother,so dietary nutrition during pregnancy is one of the most critical factors affecting fetal health status.In this study,we summarize the progress of research on nutrition during pregnancy at home and abroad,analyze the key nutritional elements during pregnancy one by one,and propose a general dietary guidance and nutritional management program during pregnancy for reference.
