摘要 为持续提升食品安全管理成效,构建标准化检测机制,强化潜在风险识别与处置能力,相关部门以及检测团队转换思路,采取有效举措,深度整合技术资源,全面理顺检测体系,实现对食品微生物的精准检测。本文以实时荧光定量技术作为技术前提,系统探讨检测技术的应用路径,旨在依托检测技术快速完成食品微生物检测任务,全面提升检出率。 In order to continuously improve the effectiveness of food safety management,build a standardized testing mechanism and strengthen the ability to identify and deal with potential risks,relevant departments and testing teams have changed their thinking,taken effective measures,deeply integrated technical resources,comprehensively rationalized the testing system and achieved accurate detection of food microorganisms.This paper takes real-time fluorescence quantitative technology as the technical premise,and systematically discusses the application path of detection technologies,aiming to quickly complete the task of food microbial detection and comprehensively improve the detection rate by relying on the detection technology.
