With the improvement of people’s attention to their own health,food safety has also received extensive attention.Green and pollution-free agricultural products have become the first choice on people’s table,and the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products is becoming more and more important.This paper expounds the causes and main detection technologies of pesticide residues in agricultural products,analyzes the problems existing in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products,and puts forward optimization measures in order to effectively deal with the new challenges in the safety and quality of agricultural products.
