组学分析技术在新疆食用菌中的研究进展

Research Progress of Omics Analysis Technology in Edible Fungi in Xinjiang

组学分析技术主要用于分析生物体在内外环境影响下蛋白、基因及其他小分子物质的变化规律。目前,组学技术已发展为微生物学、植物学、食品安全学实验研究的主要技术。本文通过收集整理相关研究资料,综述组学分析技术在新疆食用菌中的研究进展,为进一步了解新疆食用菌分子学机理、开展相关研究提供参考。

Omics analysis technology is mainly used to analyze the changes of proteins,genes and other small molecules of organisms under the influence of internal and external environment.At present,omics analysis technology has developed into the main technology of microbiology,botany and food safety experimental research.By collecting and sorting out relevant research data,this paper summarizes the research progress of omics analysis technology in edible fungi in Xinjiang,so as to provide reference for further understanding the molecular mechanism of edible fungi in Xinjiang and carrying out relevant research.
