吉木萨尔油页岩限流压裂孔眼摩阻优化方法 被引量:2

摘要 基于有限元方法和内聚区模型,建立了三维流固全耦合段内多簇裂缝竞争扩展模型,研究了孔眼摩阻对多裂缝竞争扩展的影响规律。研究结果表明,优化单簇射孔数目,能够有效平衡段内簇间差异,实现各簇裂缝间均衡进液;吉木萨尔油页岩水平井段内6簇压裂,缝间距10 m时,孔眼摩阻设计为5.0 MPa;缝间距20 m时,孔眼摩阻设计为2.5 MPa。 A competitive propagation model of multi-cluster cracks in the three-dimensional fluid-solid full-coupling section is established based on the finite element method and the cohesive zone model,and the influence law of perforation friction on the competitive propagation of multiple cracks is studied.The result shows that optimizing the number of single cluster perforations can effectively balance the difference between clusters in the section and realize the balanced liquid injection among clusters of cracks.There are 6 clusters of fracturing cracks in the horizontal well section of Jimsar oil shale,the perforation friction is designed to be 5.0 MPa when the cluster spacing is 10 m;the perforation friction is designed to be 2.5 MPa when the cluster spacing is 20 m.
