The employment concept is a reflection of life outlook in terms of career,which directly affects the future development of youth.The concept of employment is changing with the development of society and the change of times.In 2018,Japan’s " Children and Youth White Paper" reflects the latest status of Japan’s youth employment concept.Through the systematic collation and analysis of Japan’s youth employment concept,this paper discusses Japan’s beneficial measures to eliminate youth employment confusion and promote youth employment,which can provide beneficial enlightenment for China’s youth career development assistance.
