新时代青年奋斗精神的核心要义,包括在认知上自觉担当甘于奉献、意志上奋发向上勤于拼搏、目标上敢为人先勇于创新、实践中脚踏实地乐于实干。但受多元社会思潮、网络亚文化、社会压力等影响,青年群体面临“精致利己主义”“躺平佛系”“内卷”“伪奋斗”等困境。化解上述困境,必须以习近平奋斗观引领青年坚定奋斗信念,治理网络空间营造青年奋斗风尚,关怀青年利益诉求提升奋斗自觉。

The core meaning of youth’s struggle spirit in the new era includes:consciously taking the responsibility of dedication in cognition,striving to work hard on the will,daring to innovate on the goal,and being steadfast in practice.However,influenced by multiple social thoughts,network subculture and social pressure,the youth groups are faced with the dilemmas of "exquisite egoism","lying flat Buddhist system","inner scroll" and "pseudo struggle".To solve the above difficulties,we must guide the youth to firmly believe in struggle with Xi Jinping’s concept of struggle,manage the network space to create a youth struggle fashion,and care for the interests of youth to enhance their struggle consciousness.
