摘要 通过静电自组装法制备了K_(8)[Fe(H_(2)O)W_(11)CdO_(39)]/PANI/CeO_(2)复合材料。采用傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、紫外光谱、扫描电镜、X-射线光电子能谱和N_(2)吸附-脱附等进行表征,对纳米光催化剂的表面形貌、晶体结构、表面结构、性能进行了评价。选择刚果红溶液作为污染物,研究合成的光催化剂的催化活性。结果表明:在最佳光催化条件下,三元复合材料K_(8)[Fe(H_(2)O)W_(11)CdO_(39)]/PANI/CeO_(2)相较于杂多酸FeW_(11)Cd和中间体PANI/CeO_(2)对刚果红的光催化降解性能更好,其脱色率可达91.83%。这是由于聚苯胺良好的对光的吸收和对染料的吸附性能,以及聚苯胺、二氧化铈和杂多酸三者之间的协同效应,再进行三次重复回收实验后,刚果红染料的脱色率仍能达到71.98%。最后,结果表明该复合材料可作为去除水中有机污染物的合适光催化剂。 The composite K_(8)[Fe(H_(2)O)W_(11)CdO_(39)]/PANI/CeO_(2) was successfully prepared by electrostatic self-assembly method,its was characterized by FT-IR,XRD,UV-vis,SEM-EDS,XPS,N_(2) adsorption-desorption,and the surface morphology,crystal structure,surface structure and performance of the nano-photocatalyst were evaluated.The Congo red solution was selected as the pollutant to study the catalytic activity of the synthesized photocatalyst.The results show that under the optimal photocatalytic conditions,the ternary composite K_(8)[Fe(H_(2)O)W_(11)CdO_(39)]/PANI/CeO_(2) has better photocatalytic degradation performance for Congo red than the heteropoly acid FeW_(11)Cd and the intermediate PANI/CeO_(2),its decolorization rate can reach 91.83%.This is due to the good light absorption and dye adsorption performance of polyaniline,as well as the synergistic effect between polyaniline,ceria and heteropoly acid.After three repeated recycling experiments,the decolorization rate of Congo red dye was still can reach 71.98%.Finally,the results indicated that synthesized photocatalysts could be considered appropriate photocatalysts in removing organic pollutant from aqueous solutions.
