摘要
目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征产后出血患者应用优质护理的效果。方法:样本选择为本院接收的62例妊娠高血压综合征产后出血患者,病例入选时间为2018年3月至2020年5月,以随机数字表法分组,对照组31例应用常规护理,研究组31例应用优质护理,就其护理效果进行对比。结果:研究组患者收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组,产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量明显少于对照组,活动性出血停止时间明显短于对照组,新生儿窒息率(3.2%)明显低于对照组(22.6%),阴道分娩率(67.7%)明显高于对照组(41.9%),各项护理满意度评分也明显高于对照组,两组比较P<0.05。结论:对妊娠高血压综合征产后出血患者实施优质护理干预可显著改善其病情,优化妊娠结局,并提升护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:The test sample was selected from 62 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome postpartum hemorrhage received in our hospital.The cases were selected from March 2018 to May 2020.They were grouped by random number table.31 cases in the control group were treated with routine care,and 31 cases in the study group were treated with high-quality nursing,comparing their nursing effects.Results:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The bleeding volume at 2h and 24h after delivery was significantly less than that of the control group.The stopping time of active bleeding was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The rate of neonatal asphyxia(3.2%)was significantly lower than the control group(22.6%),the vaginal delivery rate(67.7%)was significantly higher than the control group(41.9%),and the nursing satisfaction score was also significantly higher than that of the control group.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and postpartum hemorrhage can significantly improve their condition,optimize pregnancy outcome,and improve nursing satisfaction.
