孕期营养健康管理对妊娠期贫血的预防效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨对孕期开展营养健康管理指导对孕妇妊娠期贫血的预防效果。方法:将2019年8月至2020年8月于本院进行定期常规产检的148例孕妇,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各74例,对照组实施常规产检与一般营养指导,研究组在对照组基础上予以营养健康管理。观察所有孕妇贫血发生率、血常规[血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)],铁代谢[血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)]、自我管理效能及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组贫血发生率显著低于对照组(8.11%vs 37.84%,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Hb、HCT、SI、SF水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组干预后的自我管理效能各维度评分均较干预前升高,且研究组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率没有统计学差异。结论:孕期采用营养健康管理可有效降低妊娠期贫血发生率,对改善孕妇造血具有积极作用。 Objective:To explore the effect of nutrition and health management guidance during pregnancy on the prevention of anemia during pregnancy.Methods:148 pregnant women who underwent regular routine check-ups in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 74 cases in each group.The control group received routine prenatal examination and general nutrition guidance,and the study group was given nutrition and health management on the basis of the control group.The incidence of anemia,blood routine[hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT)],iron metabolism[serum iron(SI),serum ferritin(SF)],self-management efficacy and adverse reactions in all pregnant women were observed.Results:The incidence of anemia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.11%vs 37.84%,P<0.05);Hb、HCT、SI,and SF levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05);the scores of each dimension of self-management efficacy in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:The use of nutrition and health management during pregnancy can effectively reduce the incidence of anemia during pregnancy and has a positive effect on improving the hematopoiesis of pregnant women.
