瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病患者的疗效

The efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病患者的疗效。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年9月本院收治的78例老年冠心病患者,根据数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组行瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组行瑞舒伐他汀+曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组治疗前后血脂水平和心功能指标。结果:治疗前两组血脂水平和心功能指标经统计学比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组血脂水平和心功能指标的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪给药可有效改善老年冠心病患者心功能和血脂水平,对患者病情的控制效果确切。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 78 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin+trimetazidine.The blood lipid levels and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in blood lipid level and cardiac function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the blood lipid levels and cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine can effectively improve the heart function and blood lipid level of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and the effect of controlling the disease is accurate.
